雅思听力场景词汇之看病场景，按照5大类来划分，医生类型，药物，症状，病症，理疗，疗法，词以类记更高效。总的来说，雅思有别于TOEFL、CET4、CET6等其他考试，需要掌握的单词很难量化，IELTS考试听力部分选用的文章都来自英语国家的日常生 活，因此并没有绝对的词汇数字，尽管没有绝对的单词总数设定，但单词量绝对不是大的问题，只要掌握3000个关键词汇，就可以应对考卷的大部分内容。不过对于这3000个词汇的掌握，不仅仅是听说读写，更重要的是知道如何去掌握和使用它们(active words)，熟练掌握3000个词汇可能比简单背 诵10000个单词更有用。

TIPS: 这个词和make you sleepy意思接近，但是如果是听力填空题，根据雅思的所听即所得原则，尽量根据原文填写。

allergy过敏的：be allergic to sth对…过敏

disabled肢体残疾的：the disabled残疾人, 表示一类人可以用”the +adj”的形式，比如穷人the poor，有钱人the rich.

TIPS:雅思曾考过这样一道题”buy a special cream in____”. 答案是chemist’s. 这个地方不能写成其它形式。类似的还有city’s expansion城市扩张，city’s, 不能写成cities, flowers’ taste, flowers’不能写成 flower’s.
