雅思写作忌讳的句型包括：
“This essay will discuss both sides and give an opinion at the end.” 这句话通常用在开头部分，用于阐述文章的结构，但过于苍白，没有涵盖任何有用的信息，出现在雅思作文中会浪费字数。
“With the development of science and modern technology...” 这句话作为全篇的开头，只适合题目主题是 science and technology 的情况。如果考题和这两大领域无关，会令人困惑。
“In the modern era...”/ “Since the dawn of time...” 除非题目中有明确的提到，否则大部分考题通常使用一般现在时，不需要加入时间框架。
“This is a highly controversial issue.” 大部分雅思大作文题并没有很强的争议性，所以并不适合使用这句话。
